The crew here was the best! Nicole, Ally, and Marcos were the most informative people we've encountered at ANY shop. They made sure everything functioned and help us set up apps on everything. Come out and see them!! THEY ARE THE BEST!! Thank you SO MUCH!! Well definitely be back

I didn't realize EZ Pawn had so many different ways to attain great items for great prices. Ashley is the missing ingredient that customer service is missing!! She was knowledgeable in financing ,layaway and product information. I will definitely return. Thank you for everything Ashley! I love my new boots 👢, purse 👛 and jewely 💍

Absolutely love the customer experience we received. Came in found exactly what we were looking for and Keith went above and beyond to take care of us. He gave us a great deal on top and already great deal. Very thankful for how they took care of us! Definitely recommend this location out of all locations here in Lubbock!

They have some really good stuff but the customer service was no good today. No one offered us help when we literally stood at the jewelry for 10 minutes. The girl didn't even acknowledge us. She was on her phone the whole time There was no other customers in the store.

One of the best pawn shop locations I’ve been to! Extremely reasonable I sell and buy from time to time, Marcos is knowledgeable and very helpful. If you need any jewelry purchases, he’s your guy!
